My sweet girls

The anatomy scan on the 10th went well. We found out baby #2 is a girl and we couldn't be more thrilled. It is so nice knowing that baby is a girl so I can start planning. Kudos to all the women who wait until birth to find out the gender... I sure couldn't do it. Maybe because I'm impatient but probably more because I'm a planner. I just have to know. :)

Today marks me at 21 weeks 2 days so I've past the half way point and I'm guessing time will start flying from here. We're making progress on Chelsea's big girl rooms so that we can eventually do some minor work on the nursery. We'll probably just re-paint and get some new decorations and a few new things for baby. It's nice that we don't have to buy all new sheets, blankets, clothes, etc... I mean that would be fun for a shopaholic like me, but now I can splurge on other things. :) Like a double stroller! Haha.

Hubby and I have started talking about names and we have some front runners, but nothing concrete yet. I don't see us making a decision anytime soon. We've kind of decided that it will just come to us and when it does, we'll know it's the right name. If not, we have a back-up. Lol.

Here's a pic of our sweet baby princess at our 20 week ultrasound:

My doctor said everything looked perfect during the ultrasound and baby was measuring right on track. Whew! It'll probably be awhile until I get another ultrasound, but I'm so relieved to hear that baby looks good. She's been moving and kicking a lot more the last week or two. Hubby can feel her sometimes too. It's always sweet when hubby wants to talk to her or try and feel her moving. I like him being part of the pregnancy as much as he can. I'm still not sure what Chelsea knows about my growing belly. She'll still kiss my belly button and tell the baby she loves her, but sometimes she'll do the same to hubby, so maybe she thinks everyone has a baby in their belly. :)

Speaking of Chelsea... we had some quick photos taken last week in preparation for her 2nd birthday and they can out amazing, as always. I love that I get pictures done every 6 months because then I can really see how much she's grown. Here are a few:

Ahhh, I love her so much!
