Honeybee is 4 months old!

I had been debating about putting pictures of honeybee on my blog. I can get pretty paranoid about strangers knowing too much about me and my family. Well... I decided to post some anyway. She is just so precious that I can't continue to blog without pictures of her on here! :)

I didn't get any studio pictures taken when she turned three months so I finally decided to take some at home. (I probably should have cleared off the kitchen counter, huh? hah) I really need to upgrade my camera but these came out okay since my baby is so adorable.

Honeybee turns four months old this week, holy cow! She can almost roll back to stomach now. When she wakes up in her crib she will swing her legs back and forth to help her roll but she can't quite roll over her shoulder yet. I'm a little nervous for when she is able to roll all the way around and I find her sleeping on her stomach and not her back.

She can grab toys pretty well now and she's starting to realize that some toys do things if you hit or pull them which is really cute. Her aunt got her a playmat with a bird that sings if you pull on him and she really likes that. It always amazes her when the bird starts singing. :)

I've been back to work for a few weeks now and it sucks. I miss being with honeybee, I hate pumping, and I have way too much work to catch up on. The morning routine nursing honeybee and getting her ready for daycare has been okay. She usually wakes on her own before I leave for work so we get to have some snuggle time and then hubby gets her dressed and off to the sitter. She has been doing really well with the sitter too - drinking plenty of milk and getting in some nap and play time. The worst part is that by the time I get home she is winding down for bed so we only get an hour or two together on weeknights. Luckily we get to spend the whole weekend together as a family!
